Muktinath Dham, the sacred abode of Lord Vishnu lies in the Himalayas of Nepal at an altitude of 3800m. The temple carries religious significance among the Buddhist and Hindu community around the globe. Muktinath, situated on the hills of Mustang, you will cover various attractions during the trip, if you have a few days to spare, the team will customize your tour and add more of the fascinating attractions in the region.
Arrive at Kathmandu and there you’ll meet our representative who will be assisting your transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Later, check in and then in evening Arati at Pashupatinath Temple.

After your breakfast visit for full-day sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, Jal Narayan Temple, Swayambhunath, Patan Durbar Square. Return back to hotel. Dinner and rest at Kathmandu.

Today early in the morning you will be taking flight towards Jomsom. Mostly the tourists take the early morning flight to avoid unfavorable weather conditions. After landing you will be walking towards the hotel. This rugged mountainous terrain is located at an elevation of 2700m in Mustang district. This beautiful city is extended on the banks of Kali Gandaki River. It is the gateway to be used for Muktinath temple. The crystal-clear cold water of Kali Gandaki makes the land more beautiful. It is the source of Shaligram Shila stones which are worshiped all across as the form of Lord Vishnu. Jomsom is a small town where every hotel is in the vicinity of the airport. Therefore, you will walk down to the hotel. After checking into the hotel, you will get ready for visiting Muktinath temple. From there you will be going to the jeep station to board a car/ jeep / bus depending on group size to visit for Muktinath.
Muktinath Temple is believed to be a place where Lord Vishnu got salvation from Brinda (wife of Jalandhar). The main shrine is a pagoda-shaped temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is believed that one washes away all the pain and sins if they take shower in holy water coming from 108 sprouts just behind the temple. Another major attraction would be two ponds in front of the temple where people take a plunge into. Apart from these temple sites, one can enjoy the dramatic landscape of the valley surrounded by mountains.
Important Note:Â It takes a maximum of 2 hours of driving to reach Muktinath temple from Jomsom. After getting off the jeep, you have to walk up for 30 minutes to reach the temple from the Jeep park. You can hire a pony on your own which costs INR 500 for a two-way ride.
After visiting the temple, complete your Darshan and Pooja, and drive back to Jomsom for your night’s stay.

Distance:Â 158km (20 minutes flight) and then 1hr drive to Ranipauwa
At. 06:30 AM: Fly back to Pokhara, transfer to your previously stayed hotel. After breakfast, visit for a half-day of sightseeing which includes Tal Barahi ( A temple situated on a small island in the Phewa Lake), Davi’s fall (A famous waterfall ), Gupteshwor Mahadev cave and Bindabasini Temple. Afternoon fly back to Kathmandu. Night halt at Kathmandu.
Important Note:Â The weather condition of Jomsom decides the flight status, if your flight is cancelled today, we will arrange the land transport for you which will be a private Jeep.

You will be free till your flight time. We will transfer you to Kathmandu airport 3 hours before on time to board the outbound flight. (30 mins drive).
